1/3 cup of Los Quetzales organic cacao
1 cup of water
2 cups of milk, or soy milk
Sugar, agave or sweetener of your choice
Mix cacao and water in a small pot and slowly bring to a boil. When water is boiling, add milk, and bring slowly to a boil. Strain hot chocolate (be sure to save solid pieces for another batch). Pour in a cup, sweeten to taste. Top with whipped cream and mint leaf.
