Los Quetzales Restaurant

Our Chef hails from Mexico, Venezuela, France and Panama. His food is a combination of local ingredients with foreign technique and the dishes are like nothing you will have ever tasted before- Crepes de maiz with salsa, coconut lentil curry soup, bread as if it were right out of a boulangerie in France!

The mission of our restaurant is to provide you with the most nutritious food possible while taking good care of our environment. We do this in several ways:

1. For lunch and dinner we always offer a fresh salad bar with over 15 fruits or vegetables. Some are organically grown in our garden: snow peas, red lettuce, cabbage, watercress.

2. We bake our own bread on site with whole wheat flour (white is also available) to avoid packaging and preservatives.

3. All of our dairy products come straight from our cow to cut down on the negative externalities of importing and packaging food. Our cow is hormone-free. Fresh cheese, yogurt, cream and butter are made daily.

4. Our menu prioritizes vegetarian options, fish and poultry.

Please consider what difference one meal can make. You’ll never taste a more delicious  dish!
