Hello, My name is Nathan.  I stayed at Los Quetzales from September 5th-10th.  I had a wonderful time.  I’m writing you to try and express my gratitude for your hospitality and the wonderful service that was provided to me by your staff.  The first day I got there, my friend and I checked in and then went up to have dinner.  I had stayed with you one other time about two years ago and I remembered having the best steak I had ever eaten at your restaurant.  So without even looking at your menu I asked if you still had that.  I was quite disappointed to learn you were removing steak from your menu.  But I had a great meal anyway.  On Wednesday I was told that the next day you were having a special of steak on the menu.  I was very excited, and that steak was all I ate for the remainder of my stay.  Those steaks were even better than I had remembered.  On Friday night the server (he happened to have a cell phone that could translate english to spanish) he told me that you folks had gone out and gotten the steak specially for my guest and I.  I was so blown away- I didn’t know what to say or what to do.  That is why I am writing this letter, to try and express my sincere appreciation for the thoughtfulness of your staff.  They definitely went well above and beyond what they had to do.  My stay was extremely comfortable and all I can say is Thank you.  I’m sure I will have many more trips to Panama in which I will look forward to staying at Los Quetzales each and every time.  Thank you again and please express my gratitude to all your wonderful staff.
