We offer a daily buffet hot breakfast with a variety of options. For all but our dorm rooms and cabins, 2 breakfasts are included with each overnight room booked. But at $6.50 a person for all others, this meal is truly the best way to start everyone's day off right!

Watermelon juice

Whether you're looking for a light or a hearty lunch, our chefs have you covered! Fresh juices, soups, salads, wraps, pizzas, pastas, and even three-course meals with sides like french fries, yucca, plantain, or sauteed veggies will delight!

After a long day of hiking through the jungles, and once the adrenaline of exploring for new bird and wildlife wears off, you deserve a delicious and well-prepared dinner with the finest ingredients! Come relax with us!

Our mission is to provide you with the most nutritious food possible, while taking good care of our environment.

We do this in several ways:

  • For lunch and dinner we always offer a fresh salad bar with over 15 ingredients including fruits and vegetables.
  • Some are organically grown in our garden like snow peas, red lettuce, cabbage, watercress.
  • We bake our own bread on site with whole wheat flour (white is also available) to avoid packaging and preservatives.
  • Most of our dairy products come straight from our cow to cut down on the negative impacts of imported and packaged food. Our three Jersey cows are hormone-free. Fresh cheese, yogurt, cream and milk are offered in the restaurant daily.
  • Our coffee is semi-organic and produced on our property.
  • All of our chocolate products are 100% cacao from Bocas del Toro.
  • Our menu prioritizes vegetarian options, fish and poultry.
